Florida Hospital Memorial Home Health Ranked in the Nation’s Top Percentile

According to the Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (QIES) national repository, which is maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Florida Hospital Memorial Home Health is in the nation’s top percentile of agencies nationwide that provide Medicare services for reducing avoidable hospitalization for homecare patients.  Each patient admitted to homecare services is provided with written instructions of when to call the agency and when to call 911.

“Our staff’s focus is providing the highest quality care, and it shows in our patient outcomes,” said Karen McFadden, Director of Florida Hospital Memorial Home Health.  “Our goal is to intervene before the patient goes to the hospital if the issue can be handled at home.”

Florida Hospital Memorial Home Health has been providing exceptional care to the Flagler and Volusia counties since 1991, utilizing technology in combination with the personal touch of our caring staff.
