New Assistant Director of Surgical Services at Florida Hospital Flagler
PALM COAST - Ann Toupin, RN, CNOR, has been promoted to the role of Assistant Director of Surgical Services at Florida Hospital Flagler. Toupin is a Palm Coast resident and for nearly five years has served as the Florida Hospital Flagler Surgical Services Coordinator. Toupin was responsible for managing daily staffing, scheduling and troubleshooting for the Operating Rooms and Gastroenterology Suites.
In her new role as Assistant Director of Surgical Services, Toupin will be responsible for the management of Florida Hospital Flagler’s new freestanding outpatient surgery center, Town Center Surgery. Toupin will be accountable for the management and delivery of patient care at Florida Hospital Flagler’s Town Center Surgery.
Toupin graduated from Newport Hospital School of Nursing in Newport, Rhode Island and has been a Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) since 1984. Prior to her employment at Florida Hospital Flagler, Toupin was a nurse at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, Rhode Island for more than 20 years, where she served in management positions for 10 years.
