FHF Welcomes Cardiologist Dr. Kurian

Florida Hospital Flagler is pleased to welcome Kizhake Kurian, MD to the Flagler County community. As an Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Kurian treats narrowed arteries and weakened heart valves – something often caused by coronary artery disease or heart valve disease. He also treats peripheral vascular disease and is proficient in structural heart disease.

Dr. Kurian joins the Florida Hospital Flagler medical staff and will see patients in his office, located inside the hospital at 61 Memorial Medical Parkway, Suite 3808 in Palm Coast. Dr. Kurian will perform interventional cardiology and peripheral procedures, such as stents and angioplasties, in Florida Hospital Flagler’s new cardiac catheterization lab.

Dr. Kurian completed an Internal Medicine residency at the Medical University of Ohio. He went on to complete a Heart Failure/Heart Transplant fellowship at Stanford University in Stanford, California, a Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, Florida, and an Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kurian is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology.
