PALM COAST – Interventional Cardiologist Christiane Theilade, MD, has joined the medical staff at Florida Hospital Flagler.

She offers cardiac stress testing, heart ultrasounds and diagnostic coronary angiogram/cardiac catheterization (visualization of the main heart arteries). In addition, she offers balloon angioplasty and stent placement for patients with severe narrowing of the blood vessels which can cause chest pain, shortness of breath, heart attack or heart failure.

Dr. Theilade earned her medical degree from the University of Copenhagen Medical School in Denmark.  She completed residency training in Internal Medicine followed by Fellowship training in both Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology.

Dr. Theilade is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology. She is fluent in English, Danish, and Spanish.
