To Terri Titus, age 42, it felt like an unusually bad migraine. But it was actually a brain hemorrhage - and a stroke. Thanks to the fast acting emergency team at Florida Hospital Flagler, Terri was able to get the treatment she needed and eventually progress to the hospital's outpatient rehabilitation center.
"When I first started therapy, I was unable to use the entire right side of my body," said Terri. After just two weeks, Terri was able to return home and continue her rehabilitation as an outpatient.
"I'm so thrilled," said Terri. "When my family and friends see me today, they are amazed that just a few months ago, I was unable to move the entire right side of my body."
